Could you put that you were a forum moderator in a resume?

I'm doing a resume ignment for my English cl. I don't have much information to put in, so one of the things I wanted to use under Volunteer work was that I was a moderator on a small online forum. I would ask my English teacher this question, but I would be really embarred if she said it wouldn't be a good idea.
