Do you like 'Wagner' for a boy?

I'm a keen racist, so I'm considering names that will encourage my son to develop a likewise disposition. What do you think of Wagner (pronounced Vargner)? Its obscure enough for those in the know to take it as a sign, whilst the ignorant will simply regard it as being rather exotic.
