I really need help as to what to do next! Abortion?

I am 16 my girlfriend is 14. and we haven't had so not illegal so don't have a go. there is worse on here. She was tossing me off and it went on her sheet I said we best change your sheet. but she said shell do it later, she didn't and know she thinks she pregnant as she's late by one week. We are both worried as to what to do next, please give us ideas, I've looked in to abortion but we will need to have her parents involved and we really don't want that as they may not believe that we haven't had . I looked on here and we are getting a pregnancy tester next week as that shall be 2 weeks she's missed and she's not missed that long before. I really don't wanna be punished for love. I am in the UK.
