If my baby throws up and cries for more should i feed her?

my baby is 12 days old and she acts hungry all the time! at first i thought it was a growth spurt but this has been going on for a week she will eat 2 oz then an hour later want to eat again its so much it makes her throw up sometimes so i try giving her a binky for at least a half hour and she still acts hungry! so i eventually feed her another 1-2 oz and she keeps it down? whats the deal? She gets the hiccups all the time followed by gas i have tried gripe water which only helps with hiccups and mylicon for gas which doesn't seem to help at all! Plus she always sounds congested and when i lay her down she seems to gag and i can never get her to sleep at night once i lay her down does this sound like acid reflux? should i let her sleep in her swing?
