My 6 month old daughter has tonsilitas and?

She won't take her antibiotics or her Tylenol ( she had a fever yesterday and today) The nurse told me to put it in her bottle and rice cereal, she won't eat it. She finally swallowed the Tylenol, then she projectile vomited on me and the couch. I don't like seeing her sick :( I don't know how to get her to take her medicine. I already tried between her cheek and her tongue. Any tips?
