Why do people constantly cough or clear their throats around me?

I am so frustrated. Whenever I enter a room people either immediatly clear their throats or cough uncontrollable. Most white people turn red and it is like they are trying to hold their breaths. I have had my apartment inspected for mold? This happens all the time after I have gone for a walk. It also happens right after I have showered so I know it's not a body odor issue. I have tried different soaps lotions. Unfortunately I cannot smell a thing I have no idea what is going on? I am also starting to think it could be in my water or maybe something to do with my washer machine? I had an incident where the water pipe broke in the utility room 2 years ago in my apt. Maintenance told me they repaired everything properly the water pipe has not broken since. I think that is when I noticed the problem? Could it be my mold tester did not do an adequate job and there is mold. I paid over 300 for the test. Can anyone tell me what type of specialist should I see. I have even used perfume free detergents same problem. I am getting to the point where I do not want to be around people because of all the coughing and clearing throats!! Please help!
