Why an I stuck on a girls body shape?

i'v been dating this woman for 5 months and I love her but in my stupid brain I do not want to have with her..We have but she is heavy..And i stew over this crap in my head. I do love her but i don't want to have with her. Shes a big girl and she loves me very much and I am confused..What to do?
