Will I ever get pregnant again?

I am 22 years old, and I've never had much luck at getting pregnant,but just recently I took three home tests that tested positive. Unfortunately, at around 6-8 weeks, I got this DISGUSTING period and now no longer have a baby. My sister has never gotten pregnant, no matter how hard she tried, so is this hereditary? Will I ever be able to have children?
