31 weeks pregnant and getting indigestion from ?

I've been having a horrible time getting the BD to have with me. I have asked a couple of questions about this...we used to be dailies, then we went to a couple times a month. I talked to the BD about it and for the last 3 days we've had everyday like normal. Except I'm getting horrible heartburn after . I don't want to tell him about it cuz I don't want to stop the . We've tried different positions and still I get the heartburn. Any suggestions? I'm on prescription heartburn meds...nothing is working. It's a "O come on!" situation.
