Should I start getting excited, 10 Easy Points.?

Ok people keep telling me that it isn't possible to get a BFP this early in the pregnancy, I am 8DPO and on day 6 I got a BFP and the next day got another and yesterday got another. They are 10mIU pregnancy test bought online but store bought test that look for 25 or more mIU are showing up negative. Well I have taking 3 now all positive and not real faint like squint to see they are pronounced now extremely bright but I am sure they are positive. Well everyone keeps saying they have to be false positives because there is just no way between 6-8DPO i could get a accurate BFP well I had my very not pregnant fiance take one ( wow was that funny) and he of course is not pregnant. So 4 test out of the same pack of 10mIU pregnancy test 3 taking by me 8DPO positive and one by him not. Should I get excited I cant go see my dr until my missed period so as long as it doesn't come on Sunday I will be seeing him next week. What are your thoughts, can i get excited that we finally conceived?
