What intel quad core to get...?

ok, im looking at these two, prices are very simular, i know the q6600 is a amazing processor, it has 8mb l2cache, but only a FSB of 1066MHZ, the other processor im looking at is the Q9300, it has 6mb L2, and a FSB of 1333MHZ what one would be the ultimate successor, the GHZ of the q9300 is 100MHZ faster so im not looking really at that, more the FSB and L2 cache. thanks everyone!!
