When some radiators heat up they smell like burning oil?

Bathroom renewed 2 years ago. Smell noticed first in this radiator, but 2 downstairs are smelling slightly. Gas Board have been in and say they are stumped. No smell under floorboards. Boiler head clear. Water drained from system only slightly dirty.
